Business Conditions

Cancellation conditions apply to groups and individuals in case of cancellation of reservation of accommodation services by the client.

Any reservation canceled within 21 days prior to arrival will not be penalized.

If any reservation is canceled less than 21 days prior to arrival, the property will require the following cancellation fees, which will be paid from the prepaid deposit or transfer by invoice:

up to 21 days before arrival without penalty
21 – 14 days before arrival 10% of the total accommodation price
14 – 7 days before arrival 30% of the total accommodation price
7 – 2 days before arrival 50% of total accommodation price
2 days and less than 100% of the total accommodation price
